• By registering for the IUFRO Tree Biotechnology 2027 Conference, you consent to the organisers collecting and processing your personal information for Conference-related purposes in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

• Your name and affiliation may be included in the list of registered delegates, which may be made available to Conference delegates and exhibitors.

• The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the Conference programme, speakers, or arrangements should circumstances require.

• By registering for and attending the IUFRO 2027 Conference and any associated activities, including the field excursion and social events, delegates acknowledge that they participate entirely at their own risk.

• Whilst every reasonable effort will be made to ensure the safety, security and comfort of all delegates, the Conference Host, IUFRO 2027, the Conference Organisers (Conferences et al), the Organising Committee, the venue, accommodation establishments, transport providers, field excursion operators, sponsors, exhibitors and all other service providers appointed in connection with the Conference shall not be held liable for any loss of or damage to personal property, personal injury, illness, accident or death, or any other loss, claim, liability or expense incurred by delegates during or as a result of attending the Conference or participating in any Conference-related activities, including travel to and from the Conference and the field excursion.

• Delegates are responsible for ensuring that they have appropriate travel, medical, and personal insurance cover for the duration of the Conference and any associated activities.
